ABOUT THE PARTNERS: Sheri Lauritano has been admitted to practice law in both the Arizona state and federal court systems for twelve years. Previously, she was a prosecuting attorney where she served as Chief of the Phoenix City Domestic Violence Section, handling egregious domestic violence offenses. Sheri has served on the City of Phoenix Domestic Violence Task Force, the Maricopa County Association's Domestic Violence Committee, and several governors' committees on Domestic Violence. Sheri has been appointed as a council member for the City of Goodyear and is a licensed real estate agent with the state of Arizona. She is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association. Her primary areas of practice focus on family law, real estate, immigration and criminal law. Amy Bain has practiced law in both the state and federal court system for thirteen years. She has worked as a trial attorney and a domestic violence specialist with the City of Phoenix Prosecutor's Office before being selected as a training attorney for newly hired prosecutors and police officers. Ms. Bain also served as a lobbyist for the City Prosecutor’s Office, an instructor for the Phoenix Police Department and for the National Association of District Attorneys, and she sits on the National Safety Council's Committe on Alcohol and Other Drugs that sets national policy for driving under the influence (DUI) offenses. Amy has worked on international adoptions with countries such as Brazil and Guatemala.She is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association She now practices in family law, adoption, immigration, and criminal law. |
